From the bride: I met Jeff when I was 15. We were high school sweethearts who dated on and off through college (you know how that goes!) After that we went our separate ways for years and funny enough, I do believe fate brought us back together. We kept randomly running into each other at different places and we’ve been back together ever since!

He proposed to me the day after Labor Day in September last year at our first home together. We were away that whole weekend in NH and RI and he had the ring on him but couldn’t find the right time. He said he just couldn’t wait any longer! I’ll never forget that moment – it was in the middle of a crazy thunderstorm. I walked up the stairs after my hair appt to see champagne, flowers, the ring on our table. I was so shocked because I never thought he would do it at home!

He called both our parents prior and they all came over and we celebrated together Don’t ask me what he said during the proposal – I think I blacked out!! Haha!
